RETURNS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email to support@sikkina.com in case you would like to return/replace purchased products.We carefully inspect every item before we send it to you, but it is out of our reach if something happens during transport. In case of defective products, we will refund you the purchase or offer an exchange.
Cancelations
Before we process your order (we usually do that within 24 hours), you can cancel your order and we will refund you for the full amount, including shipping costs. Simply reply to our Order confirmation email, or contact us at - support@sikkina.comRefunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.Exchanges
