RETURNS POLICY

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since the day you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email to support@sikkina.com in case you would like to return/replace purchased products.

We carefully inspect every item before we send it to you, but it is out of our reach if something happens during transport. In case of defective products, we will refund you the purchase or offer an exchange.

Cancelations
Before we process your order (we usually do that within 24 hours), you can cancel your order and we will refund you for the full amount, including shipping costs. Simply reply to our Order confirmation email, or contact us at - support@sikkina.com

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.

Exchanges
We carefully examine every product before it is shipped, but we can't guarantee if products get damaged during transportation. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sikkina.com and we will provide you with detailed instructions.

Shipping of returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed once the order has been delivered back to Sikkina after the customer has provided proof of delivery. Funds can only be returned to the account/card which was used to make the purchase.

We strongly advise you to ship a returned order using a trackable shipping service and let us know via email BEFORE shipping your return.
