I don’t know how I cooked without this knife. The ease of prepping vegetables for soup, or fermenting cabbage, is amazing. Cuts through the cabbage like it was butter. In addition, cutting ripe tomatoes is done quickly, safely, and without effort. I plan on gifting them to my family and friends.

Best knife I own. This is my work horse knife. As the head cook and BBQ master here at home, this is my Do Everything knife. It will blast through a rack of ribs like butter or slice the thickest steaks with ease. Then I can slice onions and veggies like a ninja with the same knife.

this knife handles great and arrived very sharp! My only complaint is, with the rough finish you have to make sure to let it dry well after towel drying or it will rust in the sheath. Also I didn't see in the description that it came with a canvas sheath so I bought one I did not need.

Almost chopped my whole finger off on accident and it cut it like paper! Super super sharp! Be very careful when handling these knifes. They are great though. They give off some of the black stuff. I’m not sure if I just need to wash it off really good or just not cut that high. But other then that really great!

This knife is absolutely great. Slices delicate veg e.g. onion & tomato so thinly but can also cut into tough skins like butternut squash skins. I love using it for bbq's, does great with meat. I found it incredibly useful and a great deal.
